How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset your password.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We highly recommend enabling 2FA for all users, especially sellers. You can enable it in your Account Settings. This adds an extra layer of security requiring a time-based code from an app like Google Authenticator when logging in.
Can I change my username?
Usernames are permanent once registered to maintain accountability and reputation tracking on the platform. If you have a critical reason for a change, please contact support.
