2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Platform vs. Seller Model

SyncX acts strictly as a facilitator rather than a direct seller. We do not own the accounts or items being sold; we merely provide the venue and handle escrow payments between third-party buyers and sellers.

4. Terms of Service Exemption

We operate under the legal defense that users are solely responsible for their own listings. If a seller violates a video game's or platform's Terms of Service, the liability falls on the individual seller rather than SyncX.

5. Escrow Systems

To ensure secure transactions and avoid being classified as facilitating fraud, we use a buyer protection escrow system. This system securely holds the funds until the digital goods or accounts are fully verified and transferred.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to scamming, chargeback fraud, or selling stolen accounts. Violations will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of transactions on SyncX must be submitted to our Support Team via the built-in ticket system. Our Moderation team's decisions on disputes are final.
