Everything you need to know about purchasing digital game accounts securely using our escrow system.
How does the Escrow System work?
When you purchase an account, your payment is held securely in escrow by SyncX. The seller is notified to provide the account credentials. Once you receive the details, you have a specific timeframe to verify them. The funds are only released to the seller after you confirm that everything is working as described.
What if the account details are incorrect?
If the account details provided do not work or match the description, you can immediately open a dispute from your Order Dashboard. Your funds will remain locked in escrow while our moderation team investigates the issue.
What payment methods are supported?
We currently support all major Credit/Debit cards via Stripe, as well as select Cryptocurrencies. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
